Jane is, without question, the best realtor I have ever worked with. Over the years, she has helped me purchase 2 homes and sell another, and each experience reinforced why I continue to trust her completely. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, emotional, and overwhelming, but Jane has a remarkable ability to make the process feel manageable, informed, and even enjoyable. What set Jane apart is her combination of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for her clients. She is thoughtful and insightful in every interaction, always taking the time to understand my goals, concerns, and priorities. At the same time, she is realistic and honest, which I deeply appreciated. She never told me simply what I wanted to hear; instead, she provided sound guidance and strategic advice that ultimately led to the best outcomes. Throughout every state of the process- from searching for the right home, to navigating negotiations, inspections, contracts, and closing- Jane was incredibly accessible and responsive. No question ever felt too small, and no challenge ever seemed too complicated for her to handle. She anticipated issues before the arose, asked the right questions, and made sure I felt informed and confident in every decision. She cared about finding the right fit for my family. Having not known Jane prior to working with her and getting a recommendation as a family friend agent, we were hopeful that the reliable description would hold true. Extremely responsive to all of my inquiries, really listened to what my wants and needs were throughout the process. My first buying experience was made super easy, I highly recommend Jane.

Jane was very responsive to our messages and calls — sometimes you would need to follow up but she always responded to your questions. But during critical steps of the process e.g, putting in an offer, she will give you all the updates needed even if it’s we are waiting on something. As a first time home buyer, she did point out items we should be looking for in a house and neighborhood, so our searches got better each time we went out and looked at houses in person. She even encouraged us to look on our own by going to open houses without her and just drive around different neighborhoods to help narrow down our choices. During our searches, Jane did a great job of suggesting houses that were in our budget and met most of our criteria. I would definitely recommend her especially for any first time home buyers.

We had an outstanding experience working with Jane Kuraly. I was recommended Jane by my daughter and son-in-law who also used Jane for their new home in Powell, Ohio! We decided on relocating from Pennsylvania to Powell Ohio to be close with our family, especially our granddaughters! Jane and I met and discussed what we were searching for! She quickly hooked us up with MLS listings that we could review. We actually found our New to Us Home on Redfin and traveled to Powell for a weekend of visits that Jane organized! The 3rd house was the charm on the first day!!! Jane advised us throughout the entire process with her knowledge and professionalism to ensure that we were definitely meeting our goals of home ownership in Powell, Ohio! What stood out was her prompt communication to every question and concern we had. Buying and relocating is very stressful but with Jane’s guidance and direction she helped us navigate the process with ease. Jane couldn't have been better to work with. A true professional in every sense of the word. Prepared, knowledgeable, experienced. Jane sold our house in two days, and politely, had several buyers engaged in a bidding war that produced more than our goal amount for the sale. She was also prepared for the long haul, if it was needed, and had scheduled an open house with professional, commercially prepared brochures with house photos. What a touch! Do yourself a favor and work with Jane, you will not regret it.

This is our second time using Jane to buy a house and our first time selling with her. Needless to say, moving is stressful. Jane took so much of the stress off of our plate. She guided us, made recommendations, met with inspectors, and kept us on top of all deadlines. She was always accessible. She made us feel like we were her only client (we were NOT her only client).
